Nhu cầu đào tạo về giới, tình dục và HIV của thanh niên nói chung và sinh viên Y khoa nói riêng là một chủ
đề quan trọng. Đó là thách thức và cũng là trách nhiệm của nhà trường, nghiên cứu nhằm xác định nhu
cầu giáo dục về giới, tình dục và HIV/AIDS cho sinh viên đại học hệ Y học dự phòng và y tế công cộng,
Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả sử dụng phương pháp định tính kết hợp định lượng
trên 165 SV hệ Bác sỹ Y học dự phòng và cử nhân Y tế công cộng năm thứ 3, 4, 5, 6. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ
lệ sinh viên Y học dự phòng và y tế công cộng có nhu cầu được đào tạo và giảng dạy về tình dục an toàn
(87,5%), tính dục (80%), giới (vai trò về giới) (77,5%), Bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục (77,5%), mang
thai ngoài ý muốn (65%), quyền tình dục và sức khoẻ sinh sản (62,5%), quấy rối tình dục (60%), AIDS
(60%), nạo phá thai (52,5%), bạo lực giới (50%). Về phương pháp giảng dạy truyền thống (thuyết trình,
hỏi ý kiến sinh viên, thảo luận bài báo khoa học), tỷ lệ sinh viên ưa thích với các phương pháp tương ứng
là 52,5%, 42,5%, 35% và các phương pháp học tích cực được sinh viên lựa chọn là phân tích quảng cáo,
video, nghiên cứu trường hợp, CD, Internet, học tập tại thư viện với các tỷ lệ là 45-67,5%.
Summary:
The needs for education on gender, sexuality
and HIV in Hanoi Medical University play a very
important role for medical students. The study
aims to investigate the needs for education on
gender, sexuality and HIV/AIDS for the students in
Preventive Medicine and Public Health. The crosssectional
study was designed for 165 preventive
medicine and public health students. The study was
shown that the teaching schedule for students on
sex education, most students (77.5%) responded to
teach these subjects for 1st year students, the rest
of students supposed to teach sexual reproductive
health at 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th year. Regarding
the main subjects should be taught in preventive
medicine and public health program were safe-sex
(87. 5%), sexuality (80%), gender roles (77.5%);
STDs (77.5%); unplanned pregnancy (65%);
sexual rights and reproductive health (62.5%);
sexual harassment (60%); AIDS (60%); abortion
(52.2%); gender-based violence (50%). Regarding
the traditional methodology of teaching as lecture,
questions, article readings, the percentage of
students proposethese methods is 52.5%, 42.5%,
35% respectively. The favorite active teaching
methods are used for students as advertisement,
video analysis, case studies, CD-room, Internet,
data based in library; the proportionof students
supported for this wasfrom 45%-67. 5%. The two
ways of teaching methodology that the students
do not like, are autobiography analysis (60%) and
government reports’ analysis (55%). The 10 main
contents should taught in reproductive health and
sexual health modules including safe sex, sexuality,
gender roles, STDs, unplanned pregnancy, sexual
rights, sexual harassment, AIDS, abortion, genderbased
violence. The traditional and innovative
methodology should be combined to meet the needs
for students in preventive medicine and public
health in the context of increasing development of
Internet.
