Nghiên cứu cắt ngang, tiến hành trên 1.513 công nhân làm việc tại 06 nhà máy, xí nghiệp chế biến quặng
kẽm tại Thái Nguyên và Bắc Kạn; với mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng sức khỏe của người lao động làm việc tại
một số nhà máy chế biến quặng kẽm thuộc tỉnh Thái Nguyên và Bắc Kạn. Kết quả: người lao động tại các
cơ sở chế biến quặng kẽm phần lớn là nam (80,4%), chủ yếu ở độ tuổi từ 25 đến 34 (62,2%); sức khỏe
loại 2 chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (53,1%), tiếp theo là sức khỏe loại 3 (32,6%); sức khỏe loại 1 và 2 chiếm tỷ lệ
cao nhất là người lao động ở khu vực sàng tuyển (72,5%) và thấp nhất là người lao động sản xuất bột
kẽm oxit (53,7%); răng hàm mặt là bệnh có tỷ lệ mắc thô cao nhất trong 9 bệnh thường gặp, dao động từ
50.798,7/100.000 ðến 64.254,4/100.000, tiếp đến là các bệnh lý về tai mũi họng và mắt.
Summary:
A cross-sectional study, conducted on 1,513 workers at 6 zinc ore processing plants and factories in Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan to assess workers’ health condition in some zinc ore processing factories in Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan provinces. Results showed that 80.4% of workers in zinc ore processing facilities are men, 62.2% are between the ages of 25 and 3; 53.1% have second-level health, 32.6% have third-level health; 72.5% of workers in the recruiting department have first-level and second-level health rates while only 53.7% of workers working in the zinc oxide powder manufacturing facility maintain such health condition; 12.9% of workers aged between 25 and 29 have first-level health rates while only 1.9% of those aged 45 years and above have such rates; oral diseases are the most frequently contracted among the 9 common diseases, ranging from 50,798.7/100,000 to 64,254.4/100,000, followed by ENT and ocular diseases.
