Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu mô tả thực trạng quản lý điều trị và kê đơn cho bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp và
đái tháo đường tại trạm y tế thuộc huyện Ba Vì, Thành phố Hà Nội năm 2022. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ người
bệnh tăng huyết áp và đái tháo đường được phát hiện lần lượt là 33,2% và 34,1%. Tỷ lệ người bệnh tăng
huyết áp được quản lý điều trị tại trạm y tế là 22,4%, người bệnh đái tháo đường là 21,9%. Số bệnh nhân
được quản lý điều trị đạt mục tiêu điều trị là 51,6% ở bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp và 58,9% ở bệnh nhân đái
tháo đường. Tỷ lệ bệnh án được kê đơn theo hướng dẫn tại trạm y tế trên 70%, cụ thể tỷ lệ kê đơn phù
hợp ở bệnh án tăng huyết áp (79%) và tỷ lệ kê đơn phù hợp bệnh án đái tháo đường (73,4%). Trong thời
gian tới, trung tâm y tế huyện Ba Vì cần có kế hoạch sàng lọc, phát hiện và quản lý điều trị người bệnh bị
tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường tại cộng đồng, đồng thời tổ chức tập huấn nâng cao năng lực cho cán bộ y
tế xã về quản lý điều trị tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế.
Summary:
This study aimed to describe the status of
treatment management and prescrition quality
for hypertension and diabetes patients at the
Commune Health Stations in Ba Vi district, Ha
Noi City in 2022. The results showed that the
proportion of patients with hypertension and
diabetes were detected at 33.2% and 34.1%,
respectively. The proportions of hypertension,
and diabetes patients managed at the Commune
Health Stations were 22.4%, and 21.9%,
respectively. The number of patients managed
to achieve the treatment target was 51.6% in
hypertension patients, and 58.9% in diabetes
patients. The rate of appropriately prescribed
medical records at the Commune Health
Station was over 70%, specifically the rate
of appropriate prescriptions in hypertension
patients (79%) and the rate of appropriate drug
prescriptions with diabetes medical records
(73.4%). In the future, Ba Vi District Health
Center needs to have a plan to screen, detect
and manage patients with hypertension and
diabetes in the community, and at the same
time organize training to improve capacity for
commune health workers on management and
treatment of hypertension and diabetes under
the guidance of the Ministry of Health.
