Bệnh lý tim bẩm sinh một thất là một bệnh lý phức tạp gây những hậu quả nặng nề nếu không được chẩn đoán và điều trị sớm. Nghiên cứu này nhằm tổng quan về các nghiên cứu bệnh lý tim bẩm sinh một thất và vai trò chẩn đoán trước sinh trên thế giới và Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, sự tiến bộ của khoa học và hiểu biết sâu về bệnh lý tim bẩm sinh một thất trong những thập kỷ vừa qua đã giúp cải thiện tiên lượng bệnh đồng thời giảm thiểu rõ rệt tỷ lệ tử vong trong điều trị. Nghiên cứu này giúp điểm lại những kết quả điều trị cũng như tiên lượng lâu dài của nhóm bệnh nhân tim một thất trên thế giới trong thời gian gần đây cũng như trong nước, đồng thời cung cấp dữ liệu khái quát về chẩn đoán trước sinh tim thai tại Việt Nam.

Summary:
Single ventricular congenital heart disease is a complex disease that causes severe consequences if not diagnosed and treated early. This study aims to overview research related to single-ventricular congenital heart disease and the role of prenatal diagnosis in the world and in Vietnam. The results of the study showed that, over the past several decades, scientific advancements and a profound understanding of single ventricular congenital heart disease had improved prognosis and greatly decreased mortality in treatment. This study reviewed the recent treatment progress and long-term prognosis of the group of patients with single ventricular hearts both globally and locally and also gave an overview of prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiac disease in Vietnam.
