Tóm tắt:
Theo báo cáo tỷ lệ phụ nữ có thai (PNCT) được tiêm ít nhất 2 liều vắc xin ngừa uốn ván án (UV2+) ở Đắk
Lắk từ 1994 đến 2011 đạt trên 90 %, tỷ lệ đẻ sạch năm 2011 là hơn 95%. Tuy nhiên, một số huyện trong
nhiều năm qua còn những trường hợp mắc UVSS và chỉ tập trung ở đối tượng đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số
(DTTS).
Summary:
According to annual reports, the proportion
of pregnant women immunized with at least
two doses of tetanus toxoid (TT2+) in Dak
Lak from 1994-2011 had been always over 90
percent yearly, whereas that of clean delivery
practice in 2011 was approximately 95 percent.
However, in recent years, neonatal tetanus cases
still recorded in some districts, and all of
them were ethnic minority groups. A cross sectional
study, with sample size 596, selected in 30
clusters by PPS method (Probability Proportionate
to Size) in Dak Lak in 2012. To determine the
proportion of TT2+ and the proportion of clean
delivery practice among the ethnic mothers, and
to determine the related factors to TT2+ and clean
delivery practice. The results showed that the
proportion of TT2+ was 82.71 percent and the
proportion of clean delivery service was 76.85
percent. These results were lower than the whole
province reported annually. The proportion of
TT2+ and clean delivery practice was 66.12 percent,
The proportion of pregnant women were not
immunized with at least two doses of tetanus and
out of clean delivery practice was 7.32 percent.
The factors related to TT2+ and clean delivery
practice including mother education levels
and family economic conditions. In addition,
the proportion of TT2+ in Ede mother had 1.21
times higher than other ethnic groups, mothers
with 1 or 2 children had the proportion of clean
delivery practice 1.42 times higher than others
