Nghiên cứu được thực hiện tại Hà Nội theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp với hồi cứu số liệu của
29 Trung tâm y tế quận, huyện, thị xã; 63 bệnh viện/phòng khám và 115 Trạm Y tế xã, phường với 313 cán
bộ y tế tham gia giám sát dịch. Kết quả: số cán bộ y tế tham gia giám sát dịch có 43,4% là nam, 56,6% là
nữ; tỷ lệ bác sỹ chiếm 36,5%; 41/115 xã có cán bộ chuyên trách về dịch tễ (35,7%). Có 29/29 quận, huyện
thành lập đội cơ động phòng chống dịch (96,6% quận, huyện có từ 2-4 đội). Về trang thiết bị hỗ trợ giám
sát: 100% quận, huyện có máy tính phục vụ giám sát (75,9% máy tính được dùng riêng cho giám sát),
1,7% trạm y tế xã, phường có máy tính dùng riêng cho giám sát dịch (27,8% trạm y tế chưa có máy tính).
Lưu trữ số liệu báo cáo bệnh truyền nhiễm gây dịch 5 năm gần đây ở trạm y tế xã, phường (66,9%), ở
trung tâm y tế quận, huyện (44,8%), không bệnh viện nào thực hiện lưu trữ số liệu báo cáo dịch 5 năm.
Chưa thực hiện tốt báo cáo bệnh truyền nhiễm gây dịch theo tuần, theo tháng: 60,5% quận, huyện, 20,5%
xã, phường và 16,5% bệnh viện có báo cáo bệnh truyền nhiễm theo tuần; 87,9% quận, huyện, 68,1% xã,
phường và 13,1% bệnh viện có báo cáo bệnh truyền nhiễm theo tháng
Summary:
A cross-sectional investigation of the
infectious diseases surveillance system
in Hanoi was carried out in combination
with recovered data from 29 district health
centers, 63 hospitals/clinics and 115 communes
with 313 involved medical staffs.
The results showed that the percevitageof
male and female is 43.4% and 56.6%, respectively,
in which the of medical doctors
is about 36.5%; 14/115 (35.7%) communes
have specialized staffs in epidemiology.
Thousand percent of districts have mobile
teams to combat the epidemics, in which
96.6% of districts have 2-4 mobile teams,
24.1% of districts and 9.5% of hospitals have information devices served for epidemic
statistics and reports, 27.8% of communes
doesn’t have any computer. 44.8%
of districts and 66.9% of communes have
stored their reports of cases with infectious
diseases for last 5 years, while no hospitals
has performed this work; 60.5% of
districts, 20.5% of communes and 16.5%
hospitals have their weekly reports of cases
with infectious diseases; 87.9% of districts,
68.1% of communes and 13.1% of hospitals
have their monthly reports with infectious
diseases.
