Thực trạng sức khoẻ của cộng đồng dân tộc thiểu số tại xã Mỏ Vàng, huyện Văn Yên, tỉnh Yên Bái năm 2011

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang về thực trạng sức khỏe được thực hiện tại xã Mỏ Vàng vào tháng 4 năm 2011 nhằm
xác định các vấn đề sức khỏe, y tế cần ưu tiên cho cộng đồng dân tộc thiểu số. Toàn bộ các hộ gia đình
được phỏng vấn theo bộ câu hỏi để đánh giá điều kiện kinh tế và sinh hoạt. Toàn bộ người dân được khám
chuyên khoa và kết luận về tình trạng sức khỏe dựa theo phân loại bệnh tật quốc tế ICD10. Người dân 15-
49 tuổi được xét nghiệm phát hiện nhiễm giang mai, vi rút viêm gan B, C. Về tình trạng dinh dưỡng: tỷ lệ
suy dinh dưỡng thấp còi ở trẻ 5-19 tuổi là 57,3%, tỷ lệ thiếu năng lượng trường diễn ở người trưởng thành
là 13,4%. Các nhóm bệnh có tỷ lệ hiện mắc trên 1000 dân cao nhất gồm: bệnh về răng-hàm-mặt (694,9‰),
tai-mũi-họng (131,3‰), mắt (117,6‰), tiêu hóa (72,8‰), hệ thần kinh (65,1‰), cơ xương khớp (44,5‰),
nội tiết-di truyền (40,6‰), da liễu (39,2‰) và hô hấp (28,4‰). Tỷ lệ mắc các bệnh lây truyền qua đường
máu và tình dục ở người từ 15-49 tuổi lần lượt là: viêm gan B (13,4%), viêm gan C (1,23%) và giang mai
(4,44%). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tình hình bệnh tật của cộng đồng dân tộc thiểu số tại xã Mỏ Vàng
chưa có sự chuyển dịch như ở các địa phương có tốc độ phát triển kinh tế xã hội nhanh, các vấn đề sức
khỏe của địa phương nghèo, chưa phát triển vẫn cần được quan tâm.
Summary:
The study on diseases pattern was implemented
in Movang commune in odder to identify
health problems and priorities for community
of ethnic minorities. In the cross-sectional
study taken place in April 2011, all household
owners were interviewed about household
economy status, living, sanitation and hygiene
condition. All villagers had health examination
by specialized physicians. For adults and
children above 5 years, disease diagnosis and
health conclusion were made based on detected
clinical symptoms and signs, following disease
classification ICD10. Nutritional status was
assessed against WHO guideline. Syphilis and
hepatitis virus infections were tested by ELISA
assays detecting specific Ag/Ab. Nutritional
status and diseases reflect the picture of a poor
setting: stunting is paritcularly high in children
aged 5-19, chronic energy deficiency in the
adults above 19 is 13,4%, the most common
diseases are dental (694,9‰), ear-nose-throat
(131,3‰), ophthalmological (117.6‰), gastro-
intestinal (72,8‰), neurological (65,1‰),
muscle-bone-joint (44,5‰), endocrine-hereditary
(40,6‰), dermatological (39,2‰) and repiratory
(28,4‰). Amongst people aged 15-49,
prevalence of hepatitis virus B, C and syphilis
infection were 13,4 %, 1,23% and 4,44%, respectively.
Health problems of a poor, undeveloped
settings remains great concerns for ethnic
minorities in Movang commune.
